Q: Do you have the age restriction?
A: Our services are for women aged 18 and over.
Q: Do you have cancellation policy?
A: Yes, changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours before the booking.
If you cancel on the day or change the menu due to late arrival, 100% of the booking menu will be charged.
Q: Can I book treatments with my friends at the same time?
A: KI Day Spa only has one treatment room and one therapist. Therefore, it is not possible to provide multiple treatments at the same time. However, I can offer back-to-back treatments to accommodate both of you if you would like to book appointments together.
Q: Can I receive treatments if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Yes, we provide treatments for pregnant who have passed their stable period and this is only to regular guests.
Please let me know when you book so that I can ensure the proper care and safety.
Q: Can you provide facials with skin types, such as, atopic dermatitis, allergies, or sensitive?
A: Yes, we can. If you want to know further details for your facial before booking, please kindly send your skin’s picture to us so that we can suggest options what kinds of facials you can receive at KI Day Spa.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Please kindly contact with us and inform your address and items you would like to purchase. We will send you payment website.
Q: Can I visit the spa to purchase only products?
A: Yes. Please book the date in advance and then select “purchase skincare products /お化粧品購入” on online booking.
